My name is Andy Michaels.  I was diagnosed with Nodular Sclerosing Hodgkin's Lymphoma (stage IIIB) the week of 5/12/02.  As many others before me have done, I decided to chronicle my experiences so that those facing a similar journey may look back and compare to what they went through, or look forward and hopefully get some idea of what to expect from the diagnosis and treatment of this disease.

Please feel free to read through my experiences, and send me any feedback you may have.  If you look around, please let me know you were here by completing the guestbook.  It is great to know who my audience is.  Don't worry, I will never sell your names or use your contact information for any other purpose than to let you know about the site.

Bone Marrow Drives
Thanks to everyone who participated in the bone marrow drives recently.

There is a bone marrow on Saturday in Shawnee, though it is not free. Here are the details:
Saturday, April 25th 9AM-2 PM
6330 Lackman Rd.
Shawnee, KS
Hindu Temple

For those of you not in KC, you can search for drives in your area through http://www.marrow.org/ or contact your local cancer center and they can help you find a way to donate.

Fundraising
With your help, I've raised over $3,600 in the past year for the Lance Armstrong Foundation. Help me reach $5,000. Donate or learn more.
